ALAN D. WILNER, Attorney and Counselor at Law, the Firm’s principal, received his BA degree in 1975 from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan; and his Juris Doctor degree in 1978 from the University of San Fernando Valley College of Law.
ELKANAH J. BURNS, Attorney and Counselor at Law, is Of Counsel to the Firm, received his BS degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1966, and his Juris Doctor degree in 1976 from Antioch School of Law.
