ALAN D. WILNER, Attorney and Counselor at Law, the Firm’s principal, received his BA degree in 1975 from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan; and his Juris Doctor degree in 1978 from the University of San Fernando Valley College of Law. Mr. Wilner was admitted to the California State Bar in 1983. In addition, Mr. Wilner is admitted to the Federal Bar for the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America since 1984.
ELKANAH J. BURNS, Attorney and Counselor at Law, is Of Counsel to the Firm, received his BS degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1966, and his Juris Doctor degree in 1976 from Antioch School of Law. Mr. Burns is a member of the Bars of California, New York, Washington, D.C., the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeal, D.C. Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Burns has been Of Counsel to the Firm since 1991.
